1. Overview

This website and online store are operated by Shanghai Suixing Suixing Technology Co.,Ltd, doing business as CASUCA (“CASUCA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, content, products, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced in them, including our:

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Services.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence to use the Services or place an order.

If you permit a minor to use the Services, you are responsible for supervising their use.

You may not use the Services or our products for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products and Product Information

CASUCA offers bedding, pillows, loungewear, and related products designed for people who share their homes—and often their beds—with pets.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However:

  • Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, and device settings.

  • Product measurements may vary slightly because of manufacturing and measurement methods.

  • Packaging, labels, materials, construction details, or product features may be updated where reasonably necessary.

  • Lifestyle photography is intended to show products in context and may include props or items that are not included with the product.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, descriptions such as “pet-hair-resistant” refer to products designed to help reduce cling or make loose pet hair easier to remove. They do not mean that a product is pet-hair-proof, fur-free, stain-proof, or maintenance-free.

Product information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical, veterinary, health, or professional advice.

4. Availability and Purchase Limits

Products may be available exclusively through our online store and may be offered in limited quantities.

We may, where permitted by law:

  • Limit the quantity of a product that may be purchased.

  • Limit sales to particular people, households, geographic regions, or jurisdictions.

  • Discontinue or modify products.

  • Refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or intended for unauthorized resale.

Availability displayed on the Site is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and processed.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that we have accepted or fulfilled it.

We may cancel or decline an order if:

  • A product is unavailable.

  • Pricing or product information contains a material error.

  • Payment cannot be authorized.

  • We suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorized resale, or a violation of these Terms.

  • Shipping restrictions prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and payment-processing times.

6. Pricing, Currency, Taxes, and Duties

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site or at checkout.

Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping offers may change without advance notice. Changes will not normally affect an order we have already accepted, except where correction is necessary because of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Shipping fees and applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout when available.

Depending on the shipping destination, an order may be subject to import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or local taxes. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for them.

CASUCA does not control charges imposed by customs authorities or local governments.

7. Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

Payments may be processed by Paypal or other third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy practices.

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amounts shown at checkout.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts, gifts, bundles, and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions stated with the relevant offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discount codes cannot be combined.

  • Discounts do not apply retroactively to previous purchases.

  • Discounts do not apply to shipping, taxes, duties, or gift cards.

  • Offers are subject to availability.

  • We may modify or end a promotion where permitted by law.

We may cancel orders involving unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive use of a promotion.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, processing times, estimated delivery periods, available carriers, and shipping fees are described in our Shipping Policy or shown at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment or transit.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, labor interruptions, public emergencies, or incorrect delivery information. We will nevertheless provide reasonable assistance when a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged-item claims, order cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please review that policy before placing an order.

Products purchased from an unauthorized third-party seller are not eligible for a refund or exchange through CASUCA. Customers should contact the seller from whom the product was purchased.

We may refuse a return or refund where permitted by law if the request does not meet the published policy or if we reasonably determine that the policy is being abused.

11. Accounts and Customer Information

Certain features may allow you to create or use a customer account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account and order information.

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential.

  • Restricting unauthorized access to your account and device.

  • Informing us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

  • You created it or have permission to submit it.

  • It is accurate and not misleading.

  • It does not violate any law or another person’s rights.

  • It does not contain malicious code, unlawful material, or confidential information belonging to another person.

You grant CASUCA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and use that content for operating, improving, and promoting CASUCA and the Services, subject to applicable privacy law.

We may moderate or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary, but we are not obligated to publish or retain every submission.

  • Use automated extraction, scraping, or similar technology except where authorized by us or permitted by applicable law.

  • Resell products in violation of an applicable resale restriction.

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these restrictions have been violated.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may include tools, payment services, applications, social-media features, or links operated by third parties.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. CASUCA does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites or services.

A link to a third-party website does not necessarily imply that CASUCA endorses that website or its products.

16. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Depending on your location, you may also have rights concerning cookies, targeted advertising, and the sale or sharing of personal information. Available privacy choices can be found through the Your Privacy Choices link in our website Footer.

17. Errors and Corrections

The Site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, technical problems, or omissions involving product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, or availability.

Where permitted by law, we may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order. If we cancel a paid order because of an error, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method.

18. Service Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue part of the Services for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or business reasons.

We do not guarantee that every Site feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Site will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

  • Site information will always be complete or current.

  • Every product will meet every individual preference or expectation.

Products remain subject to any express written warranty we provide and to consumer guarantees or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CASUCA and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Services or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our total liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to that claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other legally protected consumer rights.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold CASUCA harmless from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable costs resulting from:

  • Your unlawful use of the Services.

  • Your material breach of these Terms.

  • Content you submit that infringes another person’s rights.

This section does not require you to indemnify CASUCA for its own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach of these Terms.

22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, you and CASUCA agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute by contacting each other and negotiating in good faith.

These Terms are governed by the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live, the courts located in China will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory rights or dispute-resolution procedures available under applicable consumer law.
